Print Books
Print books are shipped via standard mail. Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services. Damaged items should be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Refund Policy
Print Books: Returns accepted within 30 days if the book arrives damaged. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Ebooks: Due to the digital nature of ebooks, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you experience technical issues with your download.
